If no packages were sold, simply inform the provider - there is no cost incurred.

Our shop is free for all nonprofit organizations, with no additional markup or fees. All items have a Cost To Nonprofit (reserve) price featured on the shop and product page. You only pay the Cost To Nonprofit (reserve price) for what sells at your event and keep the profit. Please note: packages are listed in USD. If your organization is located outside of the US, please convert the price to your local currency.
